Yeah stay away from soy icecream, it’s no where near as nutritious.

I find my coconut ice cream at Whole Foods, and more recently at Publix (a common and rather generic grocery store that does not focus on health foods like Whole foods).

Keep searching, I’m sure you’ll come across it.

Coconut milk in a smoothie sounds good to =). Coconut is awesome period.

Where do you get the coconut milk ice cream? I found some Turtle Mountain ice cream at a store nearby but they only seemed to have the soy versions which don’t sound anywhere near as amazing.

I’ve been cooking with coconut milk recently and adding it to smoothies and it is pretty incredible.
