Most of you probably know I’m working on a book, but some of you that are new to the blog may not.
The book I’m working on is my second. It’s going to cover “proper” exercise and nutrition (and their practical application). It’s titled Dream Vitality.
I’ve been working on it for months now, but in the process of ensuring the information within the book was “correct”, I happened to stumble upon hordes of new information on exercise (my views on nutrition have changed little since the fall of 2008).
I originally wanted to release the book in time for the convention, however I am far more interested in “doing it right” than rushing the book to meet an unnecessary deadline.
I also want to have a killer speech to go along with the book, and last year’s does not meet my current standards. I know I can do better, and will in a few weeks.
So, expect the book to release sometime after the 2009 convention. It will cover both exercise and nutrition, as well as some other neat tid bits- things like skin care/acne, sleep, proper dental care (how to keep your teeth white with ease), and more.
Everything in the book is backed by personal experience, and extensive personal research via the internet (which is overflowing with useless garbage on these subjects), books, articles, and more.
I don’t claim to the THE expert on these things, but I love to share what has worked for me, and in the process point others in the right direction for achieving their goals (and away from commercial crap that has no real value to your physical well being).
Finally, expect the book to be available in print only. That’s right, I’m going to self publish it. I love reading books on paper a LOT more than on my computer screen, and from my understanding most everyone else does to.
And with the effort I’m putting into the book, it only seems right to have a real life copy of it rather than a simple pdf file.
