		<description>Your point about VO2 Max Training was more accurate than you might realize.  VO2 Max is not a predictor of athletic performance, and most studies show it isn&#039;t possible or necessary to try and change your VO2 Max, since it isn&#039;t important.  Basically, being stronger makes a difference in performance and health - not having a higher VO2 Max.  Well said Anthony,

		<description>I&#039;ve been training people professionally for nearly 20 years during which I&#039;ve worked with hundreds of people from severely debilitated post rehab clients to professional athletes, using the principles Anthony is talking about.

10 minutes weekly is on the extreme end, but if done correctly, then yeah, that&#039;s all a person needs. Some will benefit from a little more, but even at the high end the absolute most anybody would require would be three thirty minute workouts on non-consecutive days, and most would actually do better training less than that.</description>
