This is so refreshing. I'm from the UK, so my view of a party is really based on the former leading people in that party. Republicans had George W, McCain and Sarah Palin in the spotlight, it's safe to say I didn't think too much of Republicans.

It is in fact extremely important to us what is going on in the US because unfortunately, our government desperately wants to hold hands with yours. So seeing someone with their head screwed on is an absolute relief.

I really liked Obama when he was campaigning and even wore my Democrat tie to school during the election. His foreign policy made sense and was a step towards what I believed in but his progress has been slow. I thought there was no alternative for the American voters though but i was wrong, Ron Paul is right there.

Ron Paul hits exactly what I would want to vote for here, we don't have a constitution but logically you can't argue with his policies. Anyone who studies economics at any level would recognise that controlling the market is generally a bad idea. Also, his simplified solution to terrorism, stop pissing off terrorists. You just can't disagree with that.

I can see people might disagree with his age but I am sure he could pick an able vice-president if there is one.

Thanks for sharing Dream. My one stop shop to cultural America.

People don't follow titles, they follow courage. Ron Paul is the embodiment of this idea. Let that spark burn and itch that new found mental itch.

His site, http://www.campaignforliberty.com is especially good.

Holy shit Anthony,

Coming from a guy who voted for a Obama, I am now ashamed of my lack of knowledge about Ron Paul and his views and goals for our country. This video has sparked an interest in learning as much as I can about this man.

His calling out of the CIA is proof enough that he has balls of steel. Although I am surprised that he is still alive after making views like that public.

This man has his shit together. Thanks for the video

M.C. - good analogy

Just in case you missed this yesterday, Obama and Paul are just about tied for the 2012 election (http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections2/election_2012/election_2012_barack_obama_42_ron_paul_41)

Although I live in Canada, so this could just be me, I never even heard of Ron Paul until you mentioned him on your site. We get plenty of media covering Obama, Hilary, Mccain, Palin, but don't recall even hearing that this guy was running. Not that I could vote in America or anything :]

Obama looked young, and not like all the guys America was used to seeing cause he's half black. That alone was enough to get most people to vote for him. Kind of like a "fat free" president, and people were convinced fat free was good for them.
