As far as I know, I have more HIT workouts on video than anyone else in the world. This post is all of them in one spot, from (approximately) oldest to most recent.
These videos not only represent advances in the workout technically, but significant physical growth — which is pretty cool to actually see on video, step by step, month by month, year by year.
My diet has changed relatively little during this time, and the frequency has stayed pretty constant, at about once a week (or even less often).
In an effort to keep these videos from loading on the front page of this blog, I am going to paste AWESOME enough times to make them appear in the full post only.
Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. How has your weight changed since you’ve been working out using this programming? And BF% numbers too?
Gained 15 pounds, got leaner in the process.
Any before/after photos? If not, I’d recommend you take one of you now, to save for later and compare to in a year.
Would if I cared.
And yet still manage to look like you have never touched a weight in your life. Quite the accomplishment!
Do you enjoy making an ass of yourself online?
I would be making an ass of myself online if I had a blog with numerous posts dedicated to exercise and nutrition when I myself looked like a couch potato.
@Gary: Although Dream’s beliefs on exercise and nutrition are flat out WRONG, I’ve actually met him in person and can say — he definitely has a GOOD build. He’s not straight-up jacked like a bodybuilder, but he’s pretty big, and has a fair amount of muscle tone.
Fool, I could crush your puny skull with my bare hand. Rawrrrr!
You have a good build man.. I recommended the pics because you promote a way of fitness that claims it is the optimal way, and it’s nice to see proof of that. I know science supports HIT and the one-set-to-failure concepts, among others, but science isn’t always right, or perfect. Nonetheless, keep doing your thing, I understand if u feel u have nothing to prove.
You obviously need to read the first chapter of Body By Science to realize what you just said counteracts everything dream believes about showing the effectiveness of a program.
No beliefs here. Just convictions founded in reason.
HIT,Paleo, Libertarian
yea, real reasonable….
I don’t think you know the first thing about what is and is not reason-able.
Can you explain that a bit more? What does Anthony believe or reason (same shit really, let’s not get all semantic guys) that counteracts the BBS book? I was under the impression that he trains like Doug McGuff recommends in that book.
Hes not saying I contradict the ideas in BBS, he’s saying what you’re asking of me contradicts the authors of BBS.
