Building off of my original post on Declarationism, the above video effectively condenses the original post down into a 5 minute video, which states that any and all parts of the constitution of the united American States, are only valid (meaning legal), when filter-able through the Declaration of Independence.

Specifically,

… that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.

Declarationism, as a political and legal philosophy, I hold as a truth above all men, institutions, and other political philosophies. Why?

Because it’s right.

And I know it.

Declarationism is the gold standard of American politics. End of sentence.

Come Meet Ron Paul and I in Orlando Florida August 20th

Ron Paul will be speaking and attending the Florida Liberty Summit 2011 this coming weekend, August 19th-21st. I went to this event last year and had a great time, barring a few speakers who by my judgement, were not fully consistent in their support of life and liberty, unlike Ron Paul and the majority of other speakers at the event, who are fully consistent in such views.

In all cases, the event is well worth $60 to attend, Friday is free to attend, and you can have breakfast with Ron Paul Saturday morning for an additional $35.

For some reason this is advertised very poorly, and most people, myself included last year, do not understand this. In light of missing this aspect of the event last year, I am highly aware of it, and will be at the breakfast for the entire time, both to meet Ron Paul, and formally invite him to The 21 Convention 2012 of Austin Texas, as well as his son Rand Paul.

To the contrary, mature romantic love is an achievable, fully rational ideal. It is completely conditional, and one million percent selfish.

It is one of the highest and most noble expressions of happiness, and your joy on this earth — the proper, and only moral purpose of your life.

It is the fundamental sum of your convictions for some one person — in thought, in emotion, in attraction, in admiration, in spirit, and in your shared sense of life with this person  – a shared facing of existence in the deepest method possible to the both of you.

Romantic love is not what the mindless mystics — like Eckhart Tolle — and bankrupt intellectuals of our day tell you — like this moron, riddled with contradictions like a whore with more STDs than she can count.

I Thought You Didn’t “Believe” in Supplements?

I’ve gotten this question twice in my life before. The question makes as much sense to me as me taking “supplements” does to the person asking the question.

 

Meaning, the question is faulty. I do not “believe” in supplements. To the contrary, I am convinced by the sum of my knowledge and available evidence that various substances are beneficial to my body, and consequently, my life, and some of those are best ingested in uncommon forms.

 

Truthfully, I make very little distinction between “food” and “supplements” at this point in my life, so long as I am convinced both are overwhelmingly beneficial – if not outright necessary – for the best and highest quality of life possible to me.

 

This means that when I scarf down dark chocolate, I am fully aware that there are compounds in the saturated fat difficult to find elsewhere, and as far as I am aware, those compounds are beneficial to my health.

Incredible! — Craigslist for Drugs

While I do not advise the ingestion of dangerous chemicals/drugs/substances, this is an absolute joy to see. Strangely enough, this is freedom at work with the internet as the front runner weapon of choice.

“Silk Road” is a direct negation of the false claim of government to regulate by threat of violence the production, sale, possession, and consumption of currently “illegal” substances.

Illegal in quotations because the federal government of the American States was never delegated the power to regulate the use of drugs, and absolutely does not hold the right to initiate violence — like handcuffs at the barrel of a gun — unless and until an individual or group of individuals commits such act first against another party.

Likewise, State governments who claim such false power are uniquely un-American, and should be removed from our federal union, being in direct violation of their contract with the other 49 American States, the Declaration of Independence.

Britain’s Hope for the Future

I met a lot of new people this summer. I was impressed above all with two individuals — and not just in the context of this past summer, but the entirety of my life.

James Steele II was one of those individuals, and today is his birthday.

Who is James Steele II?

He is Britain’s best hope for a future worth looking forward to.

He is the embodiment of individualism, in mind and spirit, in his country — a country clouded infinitely more than even my own in collectivism, altruism, and the irrational; a country which unfortunately does not rest on the granite bedrock of individualism, making his struggle more difficult in the years to come (barring a spectacular success in my own country with future President of the United States, Ron Paul).
