    difference between best and greatest?

      Not much. Mostly word choice for equals. In the case of the TV shows though, “greatest” may be more fitting than “best” for John Adams. This will make sense if both are watched.

    Hey Anthony.
    Are you still working out in the manner Bill De Simone recommends?
    Has this helped your knee?
    Any further posts on your experiences with this would be most welcome.

      Absolutely. All of my exercises are done with an effective range of motion in mind, although in practice this is not always perfect.

      As for my knee, I believe very strongly that Bill’s work has saved my knee from further injury — and will prevent injury in other joints and muscles.

      I’ll ask Bill for a first run copy of his new book and do a full review. Hows that sound?
