Bowflex Killer — World Premiere of the ARX Fit Omni Machine

It’s finally here, the world premiere of the ARX Fit Omni Machine - also known as the bowflex killer. Come one, come all, see how the world’s most advanced home exercise machine works in action with a live audience, and as supervised/operated by Keith Norris.

Per the video description…

Keith Norris, physical culturalist, author, and general manager at Efficient
Exercise (Austin Texas), gives the world premiere of the ARX Fit Omni
Machine at The 21 Convention 2011 of Orlando, Florida, united States of America.

The ARX Fit Omni © is a revolutionary new home-exercise machine that
employs motorized resistance across a wide range of movements, providing
a perfectly (and uniquely) matched strength curve across a complete — or
limited — range of motion.

Called “the bowflex killer” by 21 Convention architect and founder Anthony
Dream Johnson, the ARX Fit Omni © machine is making waves in the universe of
proper exercise, strength training, and sport performance.

Supplying a level of effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and intensity found in no
other machine in the world, the ARX Fit Omni may…

ARX Fit Omni World Premiere Airs November 16th

The ARX Fit Omni World Premiere airs November 16th at 5am EST on The21Convention.com in 720p HD. At just under an hour long — and with paleosphere Incredible Hulk Keith Norris at the helm — the video is set to shatter eyeballs, shift tectonic plates, and otherwise, change the world as we know it.

Especially in the universe of rational, proper exercise.

Why?

Because the ARX Fit Omni is the ultimate, most technologically advanced home exercise machine the world has ever seen.

Providing more state of the art motorized resistance than any human being on the planet is capable of of surpassing, the ARX Fit Omni home exercise machine is the ultimate bowflex killer, supplying the perfect strength-curve-matched resistance for every inch, of every exercise, of any range of motion desired for a particular movement.

The ARX Fit Omni sets the stage for the ideal, most efficient and effective, full body, utterly safe, home workout imaginable.

There is and has never been anything else like it in the entire world, and…

Congruent Exercise is on the Way…

Congruent Exercise is on the Way…

I received an early version of Congruent Exercise, as mentioned in Bill DeSimone’s speech at The 21 Convention 2010 of Orlando Florida, just recently. I took some time to scan through it, and thus far, it is exactly the book I, and I think many others, are looking for — and much more. But those comments can be saved for a review. What I wanted to mention today, other than that (according to Bill) the book is in it’s last stretch to home base, completion, is that Bill is a master of his craft.

Bio-mechanics as it applies to exercise.

And not only is he a master of his craft, but he loves his work, in a way and to a degree that most people never experience. This is probably hard to discern from an exercise bio-mechanics book, but if you are a man who loves his work to a similar degree and in a similar fashion, I think you will recognize it all the same.

It’s also inspiring to note…

Thank “God”, Exercise Defined

Thank “God”, Exercise Defined

A video still from the upcoming video release: the Arx Fit Omni World Unveiling

~~~
Joe A posted the following (link). I found it appropriate to share as a main post. In the words of James Steele, bravo!
Underscoring and bolding added by me.
“I’m not sure there can really be one universal definition of exercise”
The health/wellness industry’s lack of properly defining concepts is a big problem. Exercise must have a definition or it has no identity. In that case, everything is exercise and nothing is exercise. This ambiguity has led to much confusion on the part of, not only the exercisers, but more notably those attempting to prescribe it.
A definition does not constrain a concept, as you suggest. It distinguishes it, allowing appropriate variation without bastardizing its core purpose. Think about a chair; there is a universally accepted concept of what a chair is. That doesn’t mean all chairs are the same. Different chairs have different applications; some are not appropriate for some people;…
8/30/11 High Intensity Workout of the Week
No pictures, no video, just basic discussion of my most recent workout. Click the links for video/product fun.
8/30/11
  • Wall sit: 110lbs x 2/54 seconds
  • horizontal leg press: 390/107 seconds  41 reps
  • Nautilus chest press: 220lbs/44 seconds  11 reps
  • Nautilus pullover: 210/53 seconds  11 reps
  • curls: 35×2/NA  7 reps
  • single arm tricep press: 25lb  L=9  R=8  (reps)
  • single leg heel raise: 75lb  L=11 R =11 (reps)
  • mae forearm curls: 25lb, to failure each arm
  • Heavy grip work
  • lower back flex
Point 1: I have a bad left knee. For a while I was doing a wall sit followed by reverse lunges. This worked well for a time, but eventually my knee did not agree — post workout. Strange “creaks and cracks” occurred — time to call it quits. So far as I could tell that effect stemmed from the lunges, not the wall sit.
My suspicion proved correct: I maintained the wall sit and now use the best leg press I have access to — which is basically a pile of junk, but it works for…
Paying Homage to the ARX Fit Omni
Paying Homage to the ARX Fit Omni
For reasons I can’t fully explain, I feel inclined to honor this machine, which the picture above does in a very basic sense. And what machine is that?
The ARX Fit Omni machine, unveiled for the first time ever at The 21 Convention 2011 of Orlando Florida.
Obviously, I think highly of this machine. But it’s much more than that. This machine I think is a sort of last stand against a world of irrationality and widespread stupidity.
A “last stand” because this machine, along with the medical/commercial CZT line, are a representation of the best and highest in what it is to be an American in spirit, if not in birth as well.
  • creativity
  • innovation
  • independence
  • reason
  • revolution…
In an industry flooded with imbeciles like Jilian Michaels, Tony Horton, beach balls, “cardio classes”, ZUMBA, and shake weights — we also have this.
We have a giant leap forward in exercise technology not seen since the likes of Arthur Jones. And we don’t just have a physical product of man’s mind…
James Steele II & Anthony Johnson Q and A Panel
“Anthony Johnson, founder and architect of The 21 Convention, teams up with James Steele II — a PhD student at Southampton Solent University and champion lower back pain researcher — to form a question and answer panel on exercise, nutrition, and health at The 21 Convention 2011 of London England.”
James and I cover a pretty broad range of topics in this panel. It will be a welcomed review for any long time blog readers, and a welcome wake up call in exercise and nutrition who are new to this blog and not yet familiar with the ideas James and I discuss in this video.
You can also view my stand alone speech on exercise and nutrition here.
Exclusive First Glimpse of the Most Intense Home Exercise Machine in the World
This is an exclusive first glimpse of the most advanced and intense home exercise machine in the world. It is a personal/home version of the CZT machines that you have seen Keith Norris and I on — and it is going to be unveiled for the first time ever at The 21 Convention 2011 of Orlando Florida.
For those unfamiliar with these machines, it is essentially the equivalent of “working out with a fork lift” as I heard Drew Baye put it once. For the disciplined individual, this machine allows for a level of intensity in your workouts not achievable on conventional exercise equipment — and it does so without compromising the safety of chosen exercises.
If I ever get my hands on one of these, I would consider using it at the exclusion of all else for the vast majority of movements I seek to perform in my workouts (basically anything that could be done on this machine, would be done on this machine).
This is…
