props to Oz for putting a guy on his show that disagrees with him, and not setting up/ editing it to make him look dumb.

Theres a contradiction between what he sais his opinions are between shows (oz that is) when tim ferris was on he was all over tims nuts, saying that what tim is saying was true ( tim purported paeleo/ slo carb) and now hes on talking about complex carbs and no fat blablabla, seems like a nice guy without a clue or conssitancy.

Thanks for pointing this out to me. Totally enjoyed the presentation. Just wish the video would buffer a bit faster, took about an hour to watch in Australia,

I was getting so irritated watching this. It seemed as if Dr. Oz’ point was that Gary was not a doctor. So what Dr. Oz! Lets get Dr. Doug McGuff on the show and maybe Dr. Oz will listen more. What I also thought funny was the fact the Dr. Oz would say something regarding complex carbs and his crowd would start clapping as if they were agreeing with him, meanwhile the camera panned out to show the crowd and the majority were all overweight!
