In today’s episode of The Dream Lounge we’re going to discuss economic reality while your fat fucking wife prepares her annual Valentine’s day tug job to keep you on the plantation or from going postal.
Now many of you are fully aware that the mainstream media is “fake news”. That it has been for decades, and spends most of its time spreading fear propaganda or running fluff jobs for the regime that actually controls the United States government.
Basically we have state run media, filtered through a veil of what pretend to be independent news organizations and journalists. Intelligence programs like Operation Mockingbird1 have been particularly aggressive forms of this.
What this means in practice is something like this: when Biden was in office, CNN said (was told to say) the economy was doing great, inflation is “transitory”, and unemployment was the lowest like ever bro.
Here’s a source article2 from the US Department of Commerce dated February 3rd 2023 for example. Headline “Unemployment is at its Lowest Level in 54 years”. Just 3.4% they claimed. Amazing. Every mainstream news agency then picked this up and ran with it. By repeating this lie enough times across enough networks (social conditioning), most normies actually believe this shit no matter what economic pain they are facing.
You were probably different and said something like “Nah, that’s just bullshit nonsense they’re putting out.”
This would be the correct interpretation, and as the 2024 election grew closer, the frequency and intensity of the propaganda would (and did) steadily increase. Both from government agencies as well as the news outlets that echo (amplify) the lies.
I’m spelling this out in plain English because something happened here for almost all of us in this fog of war. When the government and the news lie, a reasonable question arises: by how much are they lying?
Because you lack omnipotence, all you can really do is guesstimate. Maybe they are lying a lot and the real unemployment number is 10% - about triple what they are actually reporting. That’s a fair guess I’d say. Like a chick chopping her body count down to a third, you gotta triple what she says to get the real number.
Maybe you’re a black pill doomer and you were like nah, the government and news are super faggot fucking liars. I bet unemployment is QUINTUPLE what they are reporting to fluff the Biden/Kamala regime up. You bet the real number was a little over 15 fucking percent.
The issue is, even then with a more aggressive bet on how much they were lying, you’d still be wrong. Very wrong.
The truth is unemployment has been skyrocketing for years, particularly since COOFID hit and small business bankruptcies began surging. For example small business bankruptcies jumped 34% just from 2023 to 20243. A trend that’s been jumping non-stop since 2020.
Now with big daddy Trump in, the gloves are coming off and the media is more than happy to report economic truth, dumping all of it on Trump’s head as hard and fast as possible.
You ready for those real unemployment numbers? Supposedly 3.4% in 2023?
Politico is now reporting4 this week that real unemployment is hovering at 23.7%
Almost twenty four fucking percent nationwide. Do you know what the unemployment rate was during the “Great Depression”? Have a look bucko.
You’re 1.3% unemployment points away right now from surpassing “the worst economic disaster in American history”, and no one is talking about it. The Pumpkin Spice lattes are still flowing, and the booty pics on Instagram are still posting.
Trump is on fire no doubt. I’m loving it. Everyday is like Christmas with this man cracking skulls. Yet what he has walked into - what they have dumped on his head - is a catastrophic disaster years and decades in the making.
Trump has taken real power from the deep state. They forced him into a position of “victory or death”, and he chose war. He has a bulls eye on his forehead for the rest of his life, and his three sons do as well, long after Trump is dead.
What this means for everyone else is: when you hear someone say that a “recession is looming” or some nonsense, understand that this person is clueless. You are in the middle of great depression era level unemployment, and the whole economy is five seconds from total meltdown.
The “Creator” Recession
I first heard about the “creator recession” about a year and a half ago on YouTube. My eyebrow raised when I first heard this term, because it immediately struck me as cope for something else.
To be clear there never was a “creator recession”. This is a myopic view of economic reality. The whole fucking economy is melting.
“Creators” do not exist in a vacuum, the same way food inflation and “omg egg prices” do not exist separately from the rest of life right now. No one would care about “egg prices” if unemployment was actually low, wages were high, and the economy was booming.
Eggs would be a non-issue for 99% of the population. Instead eggs costing $8 a dozen is actually a big fucking deal for most people. Food prices have double, even tripled in many cases compared to just a few years ago. A huge chunk of the country is struggling just to eat, and 1/4 working age people are unemployed.
What the “creators” are feeling is that discretionary spending has dropped off a cliff. Many of these people built businesses off of co-dependent beta males, milking out $200 “super chats” every night while feeding off of their father hunger and anxiety.
Nursing your childhood trauma with giant super chats every night to someone you’ve never met, pretending to be your friend on the internet, necessitates them having $200/night to blow on bullshit. They no longer do, this ain’t 2017 bucko.
This is a similar internet scammer thing I saw in my inbox just the other day. For those of you that don’t know, the “Seduction Syndicate” is an old school, hidden layer of the manosphere that’s been preying on emotionally wounded beta males for decades.
Instead of operating front facing social media platforms, these people build faceless brands using a combination of paid traffic (including from porn sites), SEO, and affiliate marketing. It’s a bunch of fat fuck nerd gamma males scamming beta males with aggressive sales copy basically.
Like the public “creators”, these bros are feeling the heat of trying to sell bullshit e-courses to people with no extra money because they bought so many eggs.
Big Bubbles
Some of you work in FIRE (finance, insurance, and real estate), others work in medicine, state governments, the federal government, the military, etc.
In other words some of you have a temporary buffer against what’s happening, and about to happen. You have a career specific normalcy bias insulating you against what everyone else is feeling head on: the economy is melting.
Those buffers are not going to last and ultimately, no one is immune. The globalists want to permanently exterminate the American middle class and as my good friend
has put it “scrape you off the Costco parking lot”. This means worldwide economic and monetary collapse, followed by genocide. First slowly, then quickly.The stock market is having record highs5, preparing for a record level implosion on everyone’s head. Warren Buffet cashed out6, ready to swoop in and scoop up everything from emotionally impulsive idiots when the inevitable crash happens.
Same thing will happen with crypto. Dudes get sucked into the emotional rush and FOMO when it’s going up, panic and sell low later, losing tons of cash. I know one dude who lost 7 figures dicking around with Bitcoin and others who have lost over 6 figures.
Housing market will crash again. All the boomers are saying “that won’t happen again”. LMAO.
Lots of younger investors got sucked into real estate the last few years and the fantasy of making “easy money” as a landlord. Many of them will go underwater and lose everything, just like the 2000s.
The economy never really recovered from the 2000s “great recession”. It sort of limped along during the Obama years. Things did get better under Trump 1.0 but never to what they were in say 2004 when every chick was at the mall blowing daddy’s money on bullshit.
Those malls don’t even exist anymore.
There was no “hustle” culture in 2005. Now everyone is a “hustler” working a “side gig” just to buy eggs.
The only upside to all this is that Trump is in office. He is by far the best president we could reasonably hope for at this point in American history, and he is fucking pissed.
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men are lined up to save America from otherwise certain doom - from the fall of an empire. The deep state isn’t dead yet, and the idea that they won’t be petty and retaliate to the maximum extent possible is wildly unrealistic and naïve.
Detonating the housing market and blowing up the stock market on Trump’s head as soon as possible is just step one. They haven’t jumped the gun yet but in the months to come this year, this is what you’ll see blaring on the news 24/7.

It’s really a huge, final battle between Trump and friends vs. a gang of psychopaths who have been trying to melt the middle class for the past 30-40 years. The ride will be bumpy no matter who wins.
